Terms of Service
These terms explain, in plain language, what you can expect from this Site and what we ask of you in return. They take effect November 4, 2026. If anything here is unclear, email us and we will explain it.
Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using sheknowsprofits.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of them, please stop using the Site.
These terms apply to visitors, prospective clients, and current clients alike. Where a separate written agreement governs a service engagement — such as a Fractional CFO, Tax Advisory, Cash Flow Advisory, or Client Accounting engagement — that agreement takes precedence over these terms for the services it covers.
Who we are
She Knows Profits™ is a financial advisory practice founded and led by Erika Jones, providing tax strategy and advisory, fractional CFO services, cash flow advisory, and client accounting (bookkeeping and monthly close) to business owners, real estate professionals, and service-based companies. The practice operates virtually and serves clients across the United States.
You can reach us at operations@sheknowsprofits.com or (470) 204-4697.
Educational information, not individualized advice
Content published on this Site — including blog articles, guides, checklists, worksheets, webinar and masterclass material, and social media posts — is provided for general educational purposes only.
It is not individualized tax, legal, accounting, investment, or financial advice, and it does not create a client-professional relationship by itself. Tax rules, deadlines, and reporting thresholds change, and their application depends on your specific facts. Before acting on anything you read here, consult a qualified professional about your own circumstances.
Results shown in testimonials, case studies, or client stories reflect individual outcomes. They are not a promise, guarantee, or typical result, and your outcome may differ.
Bookings and scheduling
Calls and consultations are scheduled through our online booking system. When you book, you are responsible for providing accurate details and for attending at the scheduled time in your local time zone. Event and call times shown on this Site are listed in U.S. Eastern Time (ET) unless stated otherwise.
If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please do so through the booking confirmation you receive, or contact us in advance, so the time can be offered to someone else.
Products, purchases, and payment
Digital products, event registrations, and related offers — including the Profit SEEN™ Intensive Masterclass and its workbook — are described on the relevant page of this Site or its partner checkout at the time of purchase. The price, what is included, and any applicable terms are shown before you complete payment.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on this Site. Your purchase is subject to the payment provider's own terms and to the offer terms in effect when you buy.
Prices and offers can change at any time. Changes do not apply retroactively to a purchase you have already completed.
Refunds and cancellations
Refund eligibility for digital products, event passes, and engagements is set out in the offer you purchase from. Where no specific policy is stated, refund requests are reviewed individually — email operations@sheknowsprofits.com with your order details and the reason for the request, and we will respond.
Because materials may be delivered immediately, requests should be made promptly after purchase.
Your information
When you submit the contact form, register for an event, or book a call, you give us details such as your name, email address, phone number, and anything you choose to tell us about your situation. We use that information to respond to you, to schedule and deliver services, and to send updates you have asked for.
We do not sell your personal information. You can ask us to correct or delete the details you have given us by emailing operations@sheknowsprofits.com. Some communications, such as marketing emails, include an unsubscribe option you can use at any time.
Website content and ownership
The text, graphics, layout, photographs, logos, and other material on this Site belong to She Knows Profits™ or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law.
She Knows Profits™, Profit SEEN™, and “Revenue Is Vanity. Profit Is Control.” are marks of the practice. You may share a link to any page, and you may quote a short excerpt with clear credit and a link back to the original page. You may not copy, republish in bulk, sell, or use our content or marks to promote your own business without written permission.
How the Site may be used
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to interfere with it. That includes not attempting to gain unauthorized access to any account or system, not uploading harmful code, not scraping or mass-collecting content in a way that harms the Site, and not using the Site to send unsolicited messages or to impersonate another person or business.
Third-party links and tools
The Site links to third-party services — booking and calendar tools, payment processors, event platforms such as Zoom, and other resources. Those parties set their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their products, content, or how they handle your information. Review their terms before you use them.
Availability and disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work to keep it accurate and running, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information will remain current.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the practice, its services, and the law change. The date at the top of this page shows when the current version was last revised, and the updated terms apply when they are posted here.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be handled in the courts located there.
